Background

County Engineering Southern Ltd is a privately owned company formed in December 1984. It's aims are to provide a specialised engineering service in the fields of heat exchangers and valves and to supply a back up service to our clients own staff and facilities.

The company has successfully grown over the years and is now proud to have amongst it's clients many well known names in the areas of building services, health care, petrochemical, heating and general engineering industries.

In a constant effort to improve the quality of our service we introduced a quality system and were assessed to ISO 9002: 1984 and awarded certification in January 1995, with a re-issue in 1998.

Facilities

As well as our workshop and head office in Steyning, we have a shared facility at Hinckley.

This facility is conveniently located close to the M1, M6 and M69 and has been purpose built to ensure total versatility.

Complete with overhead crane and CNC machines, we have the capability to deal with large and complex heat exchangers and valves.

Situated within the all concrete compound are separate facilities for acid and caustic cleaning, allowing us complete isolation between clean and dirty areas.
